Refunds & Returns

We should hope that you will never need to use this service, as we personally pack each item with love, care and inspection. 

We will ensure that no product is EVER sent damaged but once it's in the hands of Postman Pat, we will not be held responsible. 

For hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns for faulty goods, so please ensure you are 100% happy to re-home a brush kit. 


Remember: A brush is for life, not just pay day!
